This program includes a review of independence and other ethics rules of the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy. This program qualifies for the third triennial New Jersey Law and Ethics 4-hour CPE requirement. New York licensees: If you also have an active New Jersey CPA license, and your principal place of business is located outside New York State, this course will fulfill your New York Ethics requirement.
