Applied Corporate Finance

When:  Jun 9, 2009 from 08:30 AM to 04:30 PM (ET)
All decisions made by any business can be classified into three groups: (1) the financing decision; (2) the investment decision; and (3) primarily for public companies, the dividend decision. The principles of corporate finance are universally applicable to companies, large or small, domestic or foreign, and public or private. The primary focus of every business is to maximize the wealth of investors. To achieve this often ellusive objective, the firm will need to balance a critical set of decisions and financial variables that are unique to a particular company or a particular business model. This seminar will concentrate on those decisions.
