This course addresses communication of internal control deficiencies under SAS No. 115. It includes updates on the current issues for 2010/11, including a discussion of the professional literature recently issued (e.g., on endowments, mergers and acquisitions, fair value, SAS Nos. 117 - 120 and significant changes in the 2010/11 Yellow Book).
