Some of you may know that I have the pleasure of working at Smolin Lupin & Co., - headquartered in Fairfield, NJ.
This week, Hurricane Irene blasted through NJ and due to flooding, our offices were closed on Monday afternoon and tuesday. This afternoon we also were informed that we must close yet again due to compromised sewer systems and not reopen until Saturday.
When I say Tenacity - what I mean is the persistency of our employees to come to work through this mess. To sit through hours of traffic to resume normality, meet deadlines and provide superior service to our clients.
When I say Tenacity - what I mean is that the internal IT staff are holding the firm together firmly through the ability to work anywhere, making sure that an interruption in services doesn't deter us from our goals.
When I say Tenacity - what I mean is, it is amazing to see that although we have 3 offices, the team is cohesive and our offices in Red Bank and Florida empathize and assist us to the best of thier ability.
So, from where I sit.... these CPAs are Tenacious!
