Hello my name is Antonius Daoud, I am currently a Junior at Rutgers University Newark. I am a double major in accounting and management, which are the steps I have decided to take in order to fulfill my requirement to one day hopefully receive my CPA.
This blog is about my recently acquired internship at NorthStar Travel Media. I have had internships prior to this, however, they never had the corporate title along with it. In all honesty it is nerve racking! Since I have never been exposed to a true corporate environment, everything is new to me. It is just as I imagined though with the cubical and business casual wear, to the fax room and printing room, the whole nine yards. Though times seems like it passes by slowly in this quite cubical of mine, that could be because of lack of work assigned to me. I look forward to future days here,and I ponder on how I can make myself known as an intern here. I like the environment and I hope to see a future with my fellow co-workers.
