Accounting and Auditing Seminar

Participants will be able to evaluate the progress being made by the standard setters in considering the unique financial reporting needs of private entities. They will be able to compare the Financial Accounting Foundation’s (FAF) Private Company Council (PCC) initiative to the AICPA’s Private Company Financial Reporting initiative and address troublesome accounting issues associated with the recessionary environment.
