Professional Experience
At Crowe – responsible for establishing a presence in New York City consistent with the Firm’s expansion strategy to become a National firm - - as well as for other business combinations and for development of strategic alliances.
At JLS – had responsibility for Business Development related to Property and Casualty Insurance as well as for Risk Management Advisory Services.
At BDO - as the Executive Director of the BDO Seidman Alliance from its inception in 1994, until June 2002, I was responsible for the development and coordination of all services and transactions between BDO and the BDO Seidman Alliance of Independent Member Firms. In addition, I was the Executive Director responsible for Firm Mergers and Acquisitions.
From 1984 to 1994 – SEC audit client service partner and the National Director of Quality Control.
At Fox + Company – became an Audit Partner from staff in October 1975 until leaving the firm to join BDO Seidman, LLP in October 1984 as an Audit Partner.
At Pace University - Adjunct Professor of Accounting in NYC, 1974 to present.
