i am a Sole proprietor with over 35 years of experience. I started my own firm in 1982. There haven't been too many types of clients that i have not handled. I began doing Fraud and Forensics work before that become a real line of work to go into and have been really successful with it. I have handled many Audits, including the largest Sudsidiary of the 2nd Largest meat company of the world for over 12 years as a sole proprietotor. i have done all types of tax work, Corporate, individual, trusts,estates ,Nonprofit,etc. I believe in giving back and am serving on 2 nonprofit boards. The recession has hurt and i am looking for per diem work or a merger
